Arsenal's first game of the week was a Champions League game against last year's finalists Borussia Dortmund. The Gunners lost the game 2-1 through a late goal by Robert Lewandowski who arguably shouldn't have been on the pitch after an incident with Laurent Koscielny.
Despite the 2-1 loss the Gunners are still top of the group level on points with Dortmund and Napoli. It was vital for Arsène Wenger's men to bounce back after their defeat in midweek and they did with a 2-0 away win against London rivals Crystal Palace. The goals came from a Mikel Arteta penalty and a late header from Oliver Giroud.
Arsenal started the week off at the top of the Barclays premier league table after their 1-1 draw with West Bromwich Albion before most of the first team were off on International duty.
Then it was Norwich City at the Emirates and the Gunners scored 3 great team goals to secure a 4-1 home win for Arsenal. Mesut Özil scored twice along with Aaron Ramsey and Jack Wilshere who kept the Gunners at the top of the Premier League table.
